I am wondering if we can/will get some unnatural skins/face styles, such as;

• Simian

• Catlike

• Glowing

• Decayed

• Tattoed

• Metal

• Robotic

• Stone

• Frozen/Icy

In the longer run, some of these are coming for sure.

We set up the CCT so this sort of thing can be added without too much problem later.

What if...
...what if you offered a skin development kit and allowed the contributors to paint/create skins to submit to the devs? I bet you could get 200 submissions and 10 usable skins easily. (sorry, I have seen your Devaintart accounts, and the truly great are few and far between).

A skin is probably a diffuse, bump, transparency, and reflection/glossiness map set, right? Maybe a layer for tattoos and makeup?

I bet the character creator beta could be used to preview them as well.

Just a thought.

personally I love the entire concept. not just for skins but for base items, costume pieces, etc.
