American or not, we can all enjoy holidays, although it does help quite bit if we get a day off from work.

Well, all of us that are greatly anticipating Ship of Heroes can note that this American holiday is also Consultant's birthday! Yay!

I'm very impressed you have a working auction house system already. I kinda expected that to be a later rather than sooner thing, but it's a happy surprise you had the developer bandwidth to do that as well

I'm a little surprised at this. There was some discussion on the boards about having the auction system at launch and most agreed that it wasn't a necessity. I also recall that around this time last year the belief was that SoH might go into beta early this year. So it's one year later and we're not in beta phase but the auction system is working.

I'm wondering if resources are actually being properly allocated to the highest priority tasks or if people with certain experience have recently become available and they were just given the Go-Ahead because the auction system required less time to finish.
