It looks obvious, but I just want to be sure;

Is the pointy end the front or the back?

So, who fired it? Must have been a pretty impressive bow!

Any idea how we get down to planets? Do we have star trek type transporters or are we using little shuttles or are we true superheroes who can survive in space? ;)

Is the ship is an O'Neill cylinder (similar to Rendezvous with Rama)?

Based on the shape of the Apotheosis City map (a large circle), I don't believe so. An O'Neill Cylinder map would need to be long and narrow with a slight upward curve.

Also, as the screenshots on this page of the Unofficial Wiki show, the ship is composed of 20 levels just under 1mi tall each.

A cylinder style would have been one possible explanation for the artificial gravity, but I think they've established this as being generated by the Unobtanium Engines.

Edit: just noticed the OPs graphic says each level has a diameter of 1.25mi, which confirms each level is laid out horizontally (like stacked Oreos)

Casey said that we will use shuttlecraft type ships to go to planets, or maybe we can go with commerce traders. SPECULATION - It would not surprise me, though, if the first planet we end up going to gives us teleportation technology that we can use at other planets.

By the way, how do they add ship modules, if the pointy thingy is the front and the engines are in the back? Do they break the ship in the middle to add them?

That would have been nice but then also means you're likely to lose the homely feel as the sky isn't going to look quite the same. ;)

Another question I have is where does all the oxygen come from? Will there be biosphere levels of forests where all the CO2 is ducted to? :D

OK, a few answers:

1. The pointy end is the front.
2. Eventually we for us to be able to explore all of it, including getting into the front piece on the inside.
3. Gravity is generated artificially, in each level. If you think about, this is a good idea, since gravity is an acceleration, and the field has to compensate for acceleration caused by propulsion.
4. There are many ways to change CO2 into O2 and carbon compounds. Photosynthesis is one way. But there will be forest and mostly water levels too.
5. The living modules are of a standard design, so in visits to Earth, new ones can be added, and in any spot on the stack.
6. Most things move around using ships and shuttle craft for bulk goods and usually for passengers. However, teleportation does exist. The ship can be raided by enemies who overload a part of the shields and teleport through into the ship. We can raid alien vessels the same way, to try to recover our goods or to strike back.
7. The ship's hull is made of an incredible future alloy that is shockingly strong.

I see the Arrow ( point-ee end ) as the deflector for the safety of the Ship ... if i may add that the arrow should have a force field emanating from the angled spires to push away the space junk...
