I think we'll find quite a few older gamers here, which is a good thing. I'm 54 myself and was a long time COX player. I'm a retired Medic Firefighter now and spent many shifts playing COX on my laptop at the station. I'd always warn teams that I may have to leave on a call though, don't think I ever had anyone complain :-P

Yay for retirement! Eulb is retired as well and I very blessed in that my job is part time/flex time. Retirement makes it easier for beckon call gaming team mates! ;) Now I just need to get all you guys to move closer to the pacific time zone. :D

Very much looking forward to gaming with you guys on the Ship!
I am gonna need to stop for coffee before we head out for the battle. 8-)

Back in the day I loved teaming with people on the west coast. As a night owl it meant I didn't have to quit and go to bed early due to low population. I remember an old Positron TF that went really really wrong and we finally finished it up at damn near 6am here in Kentucky. I was so glad to get it done that I was somewhat re-energized and even two hours after I should have been in bed I still didn't want to quit playing.

Good times. :)

Hi guys! I'm new to the forum. I've been watching the development for a while, and decided to dive in. I can't wait for this game!

In CoX, I played Nite Blade, a claw/regen scrapper and Shock Gauntlet, an Electric/Electric Brute...and I think I was on the Freedom server. Like many others, I played multiple, multiple alts. I started playing shortly after launch and played on and off for it's entire run.

Looking forward to watching this develop.

Welcome Midnight! Glad to see you here!

As far is California taxes, I am not sure anything hits as hard as they do.
Evidently, eternal sunshine is not cheap 8-)

I am more the Darkness - type of person ;) So eternal sunshine is overrated to me :) (though it doesn´t hurt me - did my regular Jogging-time also during my visits in Texas - though I got to admit that people looked kind of strange when I ran by as if 100 Degrees are a reason for getting lazy ;) )
But I start getting the feeling that Golden Ace won´t let you get away from the pan-thing ;)
You really have to ask Consultant if he creates a pan as a weapon for you - and if just so you can hit Golden Ace with it :D

Oh I think your tempting fate already by bringing up the pan topic over and over again ;)
