Out of video memory while trying to allocate a texture

Per title.

Sometimes I can get as far as the CCT, other times it crashes before getting to the login screen, but with the message in the title.

Updating to add that it looks like the game is using around 6 GB of my physical memory as well as 5.5 GB of my page file.

Windows apparently set my page file to a stupid low number. Manually setting it now allows me to log in, although I'm seeing 9.5 GB of memory being used by the game right now. Likely will not be able to play the release game with any bells or whistles unless I add more system RAM.
