Civilian clothing :)

Hoping for some 'civilian' clothing at some stage. As an example, there's a female npc (who has a LOT of identical siblings!) wearing a dress that would work for some female characters.
lunawisp was my Peacebringer in City of Heroes - she lives on in memory as my gaming id.
