Also, on the issue of colorizing the powers, I did want to convey that when we deploy superspeed as a power we want to give players the option to choose one FX from a list of 4-5. Does this mean there is the possibility of a range of fly poses? I prefer an arms down pose rather than the outstretche...

I’m not sure I understand the negative aspect you’re talking about. I think it’s a wonderful idea if once you’re fully healed the defender uses the Aura again and you get an accuracy, damage or an endurance buff or something else. Yeah it'll probably be fine. And we've even toyed with the idea that over-healing a teammate would buff their accuracy, damage, or something, like a temp power. This happened to me once when I accidentally had the prompt turned off but there wasn't a group of mobs down below so I just hit the ground, took a knee and then wandered off. It's one thing to be a jerk but to have fundamentally misunderstood how the ruse works is just plain sad.

I suppose you could create an override option that would change the appearance of all other players powers back to the standard regardless of what they have it set to. As i mention above i think the problem of 'colour griefing' can be mitigated by limiting the colour saturation or opacity available. Oh how I loved the staff fighting powerset. I had a staff/dark brute who was a whirling dervish of destruction when she got going. The speed and flashiness of the animations were great - I would definitely vote for reality ++. Makes you feel super rather than just simply talented :) .
