FWIW, I like Sparks instead of Inspirations, and Augments instead of Enhancements. These are great! I'd add "Boons", "Surges", "Catalysts", and "Amplifications (Amps?)" to the list. Catalyst in a more poetic sense, for describing the various items that may improve a characters abilities. I suppose ...

While I'm in general agreement that "artificial" stat boosts are...well...artificial, accuracy is a weird thing psychologically (and mathematically). Going from 50% to 75% accuracy halves the opponent's chance to dodge, but doesn't double your chance to hit. And people really hate missing - it feel...
