Re: What kind of power you are hoping to see or want to suggest?

I like the idea of not all power sets being "direct line to target" particles. It gets harder and harder to make everything really look unique when it's just "hand to enemy" shots. How about various powers that rain something down from above (whether actually raining or just a large strike from the ...

Re: Things I want and don't want, what about you ?

I understand the sentiment of wanting everything to be "reasonably" attainable. I also understand the need for a grind. With crafting being an example that is used, I myself on Uncharted Waters Online spent months grinding certain skills going from port to port. It felt like an accomplishment when I...

Re: Maximum Raid Size in MMOs?

For this game, I honestly don't feel you should worry about making the maximum raid size any larger than the maximum super group size. If super groups were limited to 48 members for example, there you go. If 72, well if that's too high for the way things are set up, very few super groups would have ...

Re: Maximum Raid Size in MMOs?

I seem to recall EQ having 72 person raids. Twelve six-person groups. Largest I've ever experienced, personally. Was never a part of 200 person Hamidion raids that were mentioned.

Re: System requirements

I realized that by responding to another thread in this section of the forums, I've exponentially lessened my chance of a response on here by removing this thread from the first page of the forums. I think that addressing this question would be of great service to the community, so I'm going to bump...

Re: Huge Marvel Iceman Fan and COH fan

Check out some of the new free-to-use Paragon resources they released for UE 4.19!
Looks to me like somebody on there has an ice slide movement.
Makes for an interesting possibility.

System requirements

I know in the past we've had some discussion about what sort of hardware is optimal for running the game, particularly in the SoH Combat Alpha thread. I was wondering if at this point we've worked out a barebones minimum set of requirements for the lowest settings? I myself am running an Intel I3-41...

Re: My poor 'puter

Your poor 'puter.. XD Imagine how people without a gaming PC like me feel. That Intel 4400 HD onboard card is going to be about as useful as an oar to fight a waterfall. But looking to upgrade some hardware for the game ASAP, the rest of my stuff should probably be sufficient for the minimums. I'm t...

Youtube and Facebook for the most part, to be honest. I don't really use any of the other sites.

By the way, kudos on your PR guy on Facebook, he's good people. :D

Wow, what incredibly big news.. This is huge! Forgive my terrible Paint collage, but I tossed together a little something. Had to resurrect my Photo Bucket account from long ago. http://i393.photobucket.com/albums/pp18/DragonnasXavier/Paragon%20asset%20collage.jpg So, where to begin? The frien...

With heroes scrambling against invasion forces to activate technology to repel the dreadnought and force it back into its own continuity. :D Possibly remnants left behind to be a new underground group of enemies. Re: TEMP POWERS, AUGMENTS AND INSPIRATIONS

If the opening of the game will limit levels to 20-30, I hope it's made up for with a robust selection of power sets (and maybe some extra archetypes :)), because 20-30 being the max level will mean EVERYONE will be making alts constantly. If everyone will have a "sidearm" I just hope that there are...

Welcome, Steampunk Grinder! We're hoping for a beta by end of year, with some alpha tests coming up soon. They're still accepting pre-release donations to aid in development. Everything they have to show us looks downright beautiful. Be excited! :D

Re: Inspirations as food question

I had responded to the survey that I was indifferent about food being this game's version of inspirations, but the way a couple of these folks are putting it is starting to change my mind. The idea of taking inspiration from your victories and pulling from that reserve of willpower in difficult situ...
