Frostfire was my favorite. Of course Positron once they split it up. Were my two favorite. Positron showed a variety of villains. Frostfire felt like you were fighting a real super villain.

Good question - it does make sense in a way for the first TF to take you on a tour of the various enemy factions you'll be facing at that time, though on the flip side, once you've got to the stage you're doing a TF, you've probably met all of them anyway, so...
