Agreed there were “required powers , but if you weren’t running health and stamina with the endurance procs and hasten you were probably building a pretty ineffective build. ... Irony? lol back when one could achieve upwards 200% increased effect such as damage...one had to hit targets half as much...

Remember in CoH where Aim and Buildup were almost mandatory?.... Players naturally gravitate to paths of optimal effect. I don't deny players favored builds that had target drone, or aim...because they could then hit targets and do optimal damage via enhancement slotting. and yeah by same logic the...

Remember in CoH where Aim and Buildup were almost mandatory? And this led to cookie-cutter builds that caused Cryptic to implement Enhancement Diversification?... I'm reading this thread and thinking.... my cents... majority of players will gravitate to the easiest way to level...talking primarily alts but even still late comers to the game will be looking for Power Levels and such for their mains. In that , presuming I am correct, it isn't going to much mat...

What i am worrying about is the potential for user created missions to generate a lot more XP than standard missions, making them the easiest way of grinding XP. A lot of COH missions were like that, leading to an empty world.... Me personally don't see why one would worry about what others are doi...

Something similar to the Architect Edition mission creator system is high on the dev team's list, but no guarantee it will be in at release. They are trying though! This is something they really want in the game ASAP. Ya that would be an amazing feat for launch. I thought myself optimistic @ hoping...

I will love having the possibility to use AE again - though I got to admit I never had the idea of using it for power levelling (guess I was a little bit naive).... Some would debate whether it was or wasn't the fastest way to level up a character. I am of the school that say it was, with newspaper...

me personally worries less about power leveling players...to each there own. I play my game. I will say streets cleared up a tad before the AE...least on my server primarily because it was no longer as fun do to game mechanic changes that impeded on that fun specifically. I went with both. Largest issue with just a base is that someone else get to design and build, while you get to do non of that...unless you make your own but that can be a bit like serving two masters. <in CoH I had exclusive items that I never got to place..which sadly kinda made getting them point...
